Agreement Sections
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Actionory website, desktop application, or API services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API keys.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You May
- Use the platform to monitor legitimate assets.
- Automate trades via our official API.
- Create multiple workspaces for your team.
You Must Not
- Use the service for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Reverse engineer the desktop application source code.
- Overload our API infrastructure (DDoS).
4. Payment & Refunds
Actionory offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or one time basis.
- Refunds: We offer a 7 day money back guarantee for first time subscribers.
- Downgrades: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Crypto Payments: Payments made via cryptocurrency are final and non refundable due to blockchain immutability.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actionory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Financial Disclaimer
Actionory provides tools for data analysis and automation but does not provide financial advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You acknowledge that you use our automated trading agents at your own risk. We are not responsible for trading losses incurred through the use of our software.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Actionory and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Oman and foreign countries.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
